What are the transaction processing fees for your wire payment?

Wire payments usually take between 24 to 72 hours, depending on the destination country and the receiving bank’s processing times. Delays can occur due to differences in banking regulations or intermediary banks involved in the process

How long do wire payments take to get to the beneficiary?

The minimum amount that can be sent is 1,000 units of the destination currency i.e for a USD transaction, the minimum amount is $1,000. The maximum amount that can be sent per transaction on the app is $1,000,000. Transfers greater than $1,000,000 would be processed OTC

Is there a limit on the amount I can send via cross-border payments?

Cancellations may be possible if the transaction has not yet been fully processed. Once funds have been transferred to the beneficiary, it is usually not possible to reverse the payment. We recommend reviewing all payment details carefully before confirming the transaction.

Can I cancel or reverse a cross-border payment?

We handle currency exchange using real-time market rates and apply measures like forward contracts and hedging strategies to minimize exchange rate fluctuations. This ensures that you get competitive rates with reduced exposure to market volatility
